This 2015-(W) American Silver Eagle one-dollar coin, struck at the West Point Mint from one troy ounce of .999 fine silver, has been graded MS70 by the Professional Coin Grading Service. It bears the coveted "First Strike" designation. The obverse features Adolph A. Weinman's iconic Walking Liberty, depicted in full stride toward the sunrise with the American flag billowing around her and laurel and oak branches in her arm, symbolizing strength, honor, and peace, followed by LIBERTY, IN GOD WE TRUST, and the year below. The reverse, designed by John M. Mercanti, displays the heraldic eagle clutching arrows and an olive branch, its outstretched wings beneath a constellation of thirteen stars representing the founding colonies. It is surrounded by UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, 1 oz. FINE SILVER - ONE DOLLAR. Encapsulated and certified by PCGS for authenticity and preservation.
