Internet bidders shall receive notification via email of winning lots and the credit card used to register will be billed.
Online bidding during the Live Auction is a fast process, and therefore there is no confirmation given bids will be taken immediately and are irrevocable.
No bidder shall retract their bid. In the event of a dispute between two or more bidders, the auctioneer, at his sole discretion may put the lot up for resale to the highest bidder. A bidder is deemed to have accepted an item when making a bid.
The auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw any lot at any time prior to the time of sale of such lot.
The auctioneer reserves the right not to accept any bid which is only a partial advance over the preceding bid. The auctioneer may break down or consolidate any lot or lots at his sole discretion.
Trilogy Auctions assumes no responsibility for any liability once a bid is accepted.
Products are sold "as is, where is" there shall be no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied, statutory or otherwise of any nature.

Catalogue is prepared only as a guide. No sale shall be invalidated by any reason or defect or inaccuracy of description in catalogue or otherwise, and no liability shall be borne by the auctioneers by virtue of any such fault or error. All sales final.
The purchaser is not entitled to possession until all items have been paid for in full. In the event that the purchase prices are not paid within the prescribed time, the auctioneer shall have the right to resell such items in whatever manner he sees fit without notice to the purchaser.
All costs and responsibilities of removal shall be borne by the purchaser/bidder within the time prescribed by the auctioneer. The purchaser/bidder here by indemnifies the auctioneer and the vendor against any and all damages arising from the dismantling and removal of any lots.
Any lots not removed within the prescribed time shall be deemed as abandoned. The auctioneer shall have the right to resell or dispose of such items in whatever manner hes sees fit without notice to the purchaser.
If for any reason, Trilogy Auctions is unable to deliver any or all of an awarded lot or title thereof, the sole liability of Trilogy Auctions shall be the refund of any monies paid on the lot.
It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to remove their items within the prescribed time.
The auction runs and ends on Wednesday. Pick up times are on Thursday,Friday,and Saturday between 9:00am and 4:00pm.
When bidding for an item that has quantity greater than 1, if you are successfull, you will receive one of the grouping, not necessarily the first
lot.
Trilogy Auctions is not responsible for shipping Carrier's lost or damaged items.
Live auctions will be subject to a 15% buyers premium (unless otherwise noted).If shipping is not arranged within 72 hours the buyer agrees the auctioneer may auto ship all items at the buyers expense.
