Certified by NGC as Mint State 70 and encapsulated with a special label hand signed by Elizabeth Jones, the 11th Chief Engraver of the United States Mint. Struck in one troy ounce of .999 fine silver. The obverse features Adolph A. Weinman's Walking Liberty design striding forward with the folds of the flag around her, her right hand extended, and branches of laurel and oak in her left. The reverse, designed by John Mercanti (b. 1943), features the heraldic eagle with shield and thirteen five-pointed stars above. Encapsulation includes certification number.
