This 2014 American Silver Eagle one-dollar coin, composed of one troy ounce of .999 fine silver, has been graded MS70 by the Professional Coin Grading Service. Designated as a "First Strike" from Government Box #5. The obverse bears Adolph A. Weinman's acclaimed Walking Liberty design, portraying Liberty draped in the American flag as she strides toward the rising sun with laurel and oak branches in hand, symbolizing strength and renewal, and it is encircled with LIBERTY, IN GOD WE TRUST, and the year below. The reverse features the heraldic eagle with shield, arrows, and olive branch designed by John M. Mercanti, the 12th Chief Engraver of the United States Mint. It is surrounded by UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, 1 oz. FINE SILVER - ONE DOLLAR. Encapsulated and certified by PCGS for authenticity and preservation.
