2013-W American Silver Eagle Type 1 one dollar coin, struck at the West Point Mint as part of the official West Point Eagle Set. This coin is composed of 1 oz. of .999 fine silver and features the enhanced uncirculated finish introduced exclusively for this set. The obverse showcases Adolph A. Weinman's classic Walking Liberty design, inscribed with the word LIBERTY, the motto IN GOD WE TRUST, and the year 2013. The reverse bears John Mercanti's heraldic eagle design, with the motto E PLURIBUS UNUM, thirteen stars above the eagle, and the inscriptions UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, 1 OZ. FINE SILVER-ONE DOLLAR. It is marked with the "W" mintmark denoting production at West Point. Graded by the Numismatic Guaranty Corporation (NGC) as SP 70 with the "Enhanced Finish" designation, indicating a flawless specimen with a specialized finish. The label also confirms this is a First Releases issue, meaning it was received by NGC within 30 days of its initial release by the U.S. Mint. Housed in a tamper-evident NGC holder with West Point Eagle Set designation label. Slab: 2.25"L x 0.5"W x 3.25"H. Coin diameter: 39mm.
