2013 American Silver Eagle Type 1 coin struck at the San Francisco Mint. Certified and encapsulated by the Numismatic Guaranty Corporation (NGC) with a grade of Mint State 70 (MS 70) under the Early Releases program. The obverse design features Adolph A. Weinman's iconic Walking Liberty depiction, originally introduced in 1916. It presents a full-length figure of Liberty in stride, enveloped in the folds of the American flag, her right arm extended, and branches of laurel and oak cradled in her left arm, symbolizing civil and military glory. The reverse side, designed by John Mercanti, displays the heraldic eagle of the United States with a shield, clutching arrows and an olive branch, and a banner in its beak inscribed with E Pluribus Unum. Thirteen stars appear above the eagle, representing the original colonies. The coin is composed of one troy ounce of .999 fine silver and bears a face value of one dollar. Slab: 2.25"L x 0.5"W x 3.25"H. Coin diameter: 39mm.
