This 2013 American Silver Eagle One Dollar Coin has been certified by the Numismatic Guaranty Corporation (NGC) with a perfect MS 70 grade and designated as an Early Release. Struck at the San Francisco Mint and noted by the "(S)" designation. Struck in one troy ounce of .999 fine silver. he obverse displays Adolph A. Weinman's iconic "Walking Liberty" design, with Liberty advancing toward the dawn of a new day. Draped in the American flag, she moves with dignified grace, her outstretched right hand symbolizing peace and forward movement, while her left hand holds branches of laurel and oak, denoting strength and civic glory. The reverse, designed by John Mercanti, features a heraldic eagle poised behind a shield, wings raised and talons grasping both arrows and an olive branch. A ribbon unfurls from the eagle's beak, bearing the motto E PLURIBUS UNUM, and a field of thirteen stars above pays homage to the original American colonies. The inscriptions encircling the design state the coin's origin, composition, and denomination; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA-1 OZ. FINE SILVER -ONE DOLLAR. Encased in a graded NGC slab for further preservation and authentication. Slab measures: 2.25"L x 0.25"W x 3.25"H. Coin diameter: 40.6 mm.
