A radiant 2011 American Silver Eagle One Dollar Coin, certified by the Numismatic Guaranty Corporation (NGC) with a high-grade Mint State 69 designation. Struck at the San Francisco Mint and attributed by the "(S)" designation. Struck from one troy ounce of .999 fine silver. he obverse presents the timeless "Walking Liberty" design, wherein Liberty strides forward beneath the rising sun, her robes flowing and the American flag billowing around her. In her left arm, she cradles branches of oak and laurel; emblems of strength and triumph, while her right hand extends outward in a gesture of hope. The inscriptions LIBERTY, IN GOD WE TRUST, and the date. The reverse, by Chief Engraver John Mercanti, features a heraldic eagle with wings spread wide, clutching an olive branch and arrows beneath a triangular array of thirteen stars. The eagle bears a shield across its breast, and a ribbon bearing E PLURIBUS UNUM flows from its beak. Surrounding the design are the inscriptions UNITED STATES OF AMERICA -1 OZ. FINE SILVER - ONE DOLLAR. Encased in a graded NGC slab for further preservation and authentication. Slab measures: 2.25"L x 0.25"W x 3.25"H. Coin diameter: 40.6 mm.
