Local pickup is available in South Edmonton - Twin Brooks Neighborhood address will be provided to all winning bidders on the invoice. No shipping of fragile items or extremely heavy items.
-Items must be picked up on January 25th or 26th from 11am-6pm please book a pick up appointment at www.sunriseestateservices.ca
-All items left after that time are subject to a $6 per day per item storage fee
-All items left for 21 days or longer are considered forfeited
-No refunds will be issued for forfeited items
-Shipping will be at the buyer's expense. A $10 handling fee will be applied to each lot requiring shipping - EXCEPT ON COINS & JEWELRY (no handling fee) as well as the cost of shipping. Shipping is done at buyer's risk.
