With a satin finish, issued for the 20th Anniversary release from the West Point Mint. The obverse features the Walking Liberty design by Adolph A. Weinman (German-American, 1870-1952), showing Liberty in full stride with the folds of the flag draped around her, right hand extended, and branches of laurel and oak held in her left arm. The reverse presents the heraldic eagle with shield and thirteen five-pointed stars above, designed by John Mercanti (American, b. 1943). Encapsulated and certified with certification number.
