<B>2006 Ramonce Taylor Rose Bowl Game Worn Helmet.</B></I> A veteran of perhaps the most thrilling NCAA Championship games of all time, and arguably the most dramatic sporting event of 2006, this Texas Longhorns helmet was strapped to the head of star running back Ramonce Taylor as Vince Young and the gang shocked the sporting world with an outrageous comeback victory over the heavily-favored USC Trojans. Taylor, who contributed a thirty-yard touchdown run to the cause, has his number "11" affixed to the rear shell above the custom "Longhorns" bumper and surrounded by decals noting victories on a map of Texas, a Big 12 Conference sticker, a Bowl Championship Series label, and the American flag. Solid wear is consistent inside and out, particularly notable on the original high hook-up face mask, which sports a clear Oakley visor in Taylor's preferred style. Original chin strap is here as well, with Nike sleeve. Tucked inside the "Riddell VSR-4" padding is another number "11" decal.
