"Riddell" manufactured size "L 7-7-1/2" helmet. On the back is the player number "7" sticker with adjacent "Vick" silver hologram sticker. There is also the "NFL" logo shield sticker as well as an American Flag sticker. On the left side is an autograph with inscription "2005 GAME USED" done in silver marker rating an 8-9. The helmet shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind. Accompanied by a LOA from JSA as well as an LOA hand signed by Vick indicating that the helmet was used during the 2005 season. Also included is a photo of Vick holding the helmet.
