A 2005 American Silver Eagle one-dollar coin, certified by Numismatic Guaranty Corporation (NGC) with a Mint State 69 (MS69) grade. This bullion coin contains one troy ounce of .999 fine silver. The obverse displays Adolph A. Weinman's iconic Walking Liberty design, portraying Liberty striding confidently toward the sunrise with the American flag draped around her and branches of oak and laurel in her arm, the inscriptions LIBERTY, IN GOD WE TRUST, and the date 2005 beneath. The reverse, designed by John Mercanti, features a heraldic eagle with shield grasping arrows and an olive branch, surrounded by thirteen stars and encircled by the legends UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, 1 OZ. FINE SILVER -ONE DOLLAR, and the motto E PLURIBUS UNUM. Enclosed in a graded NGC holder for further preservation and authentication. Slab measures: 2.25"L x 0.25"W x 3.25"H. Coin diameter: 40.6 mm.
