<B>2004-P 25C Texas Statehood Quarter--Double Struck, Second Strike 35% Off Center--MS65 PCGS.</B></I> The first strike was normal, but the second strike was widely off-center toward 10 o'clock, relative to the statehood side. The second strike is centered at 10 o'clock relative to the first strike. The statehood rim is raised at 3:30, as made from the second strike. This lustrous Gem has light golden-tan and lilac toning.
