A 2003A series $1 Federal Reserve Note issued by the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond. The note carries the serial number E04658084 and features the signatures of Anna Escobedo Cabral, Treasurer of the United States, and John W. Snow, Secretary of the Treasury. The obverse side of the note displays a central portrait of George Washington, flanked by the Federal Reserve Bank seal to the left and the Department of the Treasury seal to the right. The district letter "E" designates the Richmond Federal Reserve Bank. The note's printing plate position and the series information are also clearly visible, along with the green treasury seal and serial number printed twice on the front.
