2003 Series United States $2 Federal Reserve Note from the Minneapolis district, graded by Paper Money Guaranty (PMG) as Gem Uncirculated 65 EPQ (Exceptional Paper Quality). The obverse of the note features a centered portrait of Thomas Jefferson. To the left of the portrait is the signature of the Treasurer of the United States and the Federal Reserve Bank Seal for the Minneapolis district. To the right is the Secretary of the Treasury's signature and the green U.S. Department of the Treasury Seal. The reverse displays an engraved reproduction of John Trumbull's painting The Declaration of Independence, depicting the presentation of the draft to Congress. The note bears serial number I10424427A, with plate position E1 and printing plate number 9. Graded and encased by PMG, this note is certified for its exceptional paper quality and uncirculated condition. PMG protective sheet measures: 8.25"L x 4.25"H.
