Certified and graded MS 69 by the Numismatic Guaranty Corporation (NGC). The obverse features the Walking Liberty design by Adolph A. Weinman (German-American, 1870-1952), showing Liberty in full stride, draped in the flag, with her right hand extended and branches of laurel and oak held in her left arm. The reverse depicts the heraldic eagle with shield and thirteen five-pointed stars, designed by John Mercanti (American, b. 1943). This coin contains 1 oz. of fine silver. Encapsulated and certified by NGC for authenticity and preservation.
