The winner agrees to pay all fees associated with Xpresspost & registered mail and handling, sent at winner’s own risk. All claims must be addressed with the post office in case of loss, stolen or non-delivered items. Minimum FEE to ship in Canada is $15.00.
SHIPPING (USA): By FedEx at $70.00 U.S fund, or by Xpresspost $22.00 U.S, both services at winner’s own risk.

All payments must be received before November 20, 2010 in order for us to pay our consignors. Payments received after this date are invalid and will be at the discretion of the consignor if the item is still sold. The material remains the property of LCA until paid in full.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
THE AUCTION: Two sessions, on March 25 & 26, 2011 at 6:30 p.m.,
with internet bidding. IMPORTANT: You are strongly urged to thoroughly
read the following Terms & Conditions. Placing a bid in this sale constitutes
your acceptance of them.
BIDDING PROCEDURE: Bids can be placed in person or through an agent
at the auction by mail or fax. All phone bids, 450 723-1204 must be confirmed
in writing on a bid sheet and faxed to us (same number). Lots will be sold to
the highest bidder. In the case of identical bids, Floor bidders will have
priority. Unlimited or “buy” bids will not be accepted. No reserve auction,
minimum bid “face value” or percious metal content” can be refused at the
auctioneer’s discretion. Phone, fax or e-mail bids must reach us by
Thursday March 24, 2011 at 9:00 p.m. eastern time.
PURCHASER’S COMMISSION: Bidding on the floor and by mail. This
auction will not be available online. Purchaser’s commission of 15% will be
added to the hammer price, 18% for online bidder. The total of the Hammer
Price and the purchaser’s commission will constitute the selling price.
PAYMENT: All payments must be received before April 20, 2011 in
order for us to pay our consignors. Payments received after this date are
invalid and will be at the discretion of the consignor if the item is still sold.
The material remains the property of LCA until paid in full. 1,5% interest will be charge on invoice not
paid after this date.
CHARLTON CATALOGUE NUMBERING SYSTEM: The use of the
Charlton Catalogue Numbering System is used to assist bidders and
remains the sole property of Charlton International Inc.

Taxable items delivered to NB, NF, ON, HST of 13% BC HST of 12%, NS HST of 15% charge of
total selling price. All items delivered to Quebec, 5% GST and 8.5% PST
of the Selling Price is collected, all coins delivered to the rest of Canada,
5% GST of the Selling Price is collected. All precious metals (bars or coins)
in Gold- Silver-Platinum, pure 999 are NOT-Taxable.
SHIPING INSURANCE : For interested parties, Lower Canada
Auction offers Private Insurance for FedEx and Xpresspost at a cost of
$2 per $100.00 value.

acceptation de ces conditions.
PROCÉDURE DE MISE : Les mises peuvent être faites en personne

au 450-723-1204. Les mises par téléphone doivent aussi être confirmées par
courriel ou par fax. Les lots seront vendus à la personne ayant la plus haute
mise. Dans le cas de mises identiques, la mise du plancher aura priorité. Les
mises illimitées ou «achat» ne seront pas acceptées. Encan sans réserve,
mises minimum «valeur faciale» ou «valeur du métal précieux» peuvent
être rejetées, à la discrétion de l’encanteur. Les mises par téléphone, fax ou
courriel doivent nous parvenir au plus tard le jeudi 24 mars, 2011 à
21h, heure de l’est.
COMMISSION : Pour tout miseur au plancher, par poste, ou par courriel
une commission de 15% sera ajouté aux prix adjugés; 18% pour les mises
en lignes. Le total du prix adjugé et de la commission sera considéré
comme le prix vendu. Les lots demeurent la propriété de LCA jusqu'à
paiement complet.
PAIEMENT : Tous les paiements doivent nous parvenir avant le
20 avril 2011 afin de pouvoir payer nos consignataires. Pour tout
paiement arrivé après cette date, les lots seront disponibles à la discrétion
du consignataire. 1,5% d’intérêt seront chargés après cette date.
SYSTÈME DE NUMÉROTATION DE CATALOGUE CHARLTON :
L’usage du système de numérotation de catalogue Charlton est utilisé pour
aider le miseur et demeure la propriété de Charlton International Inc.
POLITIQUE DE RETOUR : Les lots gagnés avec mise par téléphone, fax
ou courriel ne pourront pas être retournés sauf si l’item est faux ou ne
correspond pas à la description du lot. Tout item certifié ne peut être retourné
pour divergence de grade. Aucun retour pour tous les lots gagnés au plancher
ou par un agent.
TAXES DE VENTES : Pour tous lots livrés à l’extérieur du Canada, il
n’y a pas de taxes chargées, pour tout lot livré au NB, TN, ON 13% de TVH, CB 12% de TVH ou NE 15%
de TVH sera ajoutée au prix vendu. Pour tout lot livré au
Québec, 5% de TPS et 8,5% de TVP seront ajoutées au prix vendu. Pour
tout lot livré dans le reste du Canada, 5% de TPS sera ajouté au prix
vendu. Aucune taxe ne sera chargée, pour les «métaux précieux» ou pièce
de monnaie en or ou argent pur 999.
EXPÉDITION - ASSURANCE : Lower Canada Auction offre aux
miseurs une police d’assurance privée au coût de 2,00$ par tranche de
100,00$ de la valeur déclarée.
EXPÉDITION : (Canada) Les lots seront expédiés par Xpresspost, Poste
Canada, avec signature et numéro de traçage, mais sans assurance. Les frais
de port, d’assurance, de recommandation ou de manutention sont à la charge
du client et exécutés aux risques et périls du client. Des frais minimum de
$15.00 seront chargés pour toute expédition aux Canada.
EXPÉDITION : (États-Unis) Les lots seront expédiés par Fedex 70,00$
US ou Xpresspost aux coûts de 22,00$ US. Toute réclamation devra être
adressées au transporteur en cas de perte, vol ou dommage causé à un envoi.
EXPÉDITION : (Outre-Mer) Les lots seront expédiés par courrier
recommandé seulement. Au coût de 50,00$ US minimum aux risques et
périls de l’acheteur.
RÈGLEMENT DE VOTRE COMPTE: Tout paiement par chèque doit être
libéré, ou si vous désirez vos items rapidement, nous suggérons un mandat de
