Shipping Details:
1. We will ship to Canada, USA, Europe.
2. Packing and shipping costs will be the buyer’s responsibility. Bidders should be aware of the size and weight restrictions in place by Canada Post.
3. A $10 minimum packing fee for each tracked parcel will be applied to shipping total in addition to Canada Post's rate. Untracked letter mail will be subject to a $5-$8 packing fee.
4. Receipts will be sent to the email address on file for each bidder.
Payment Details:
Payment in full will be due upon completion of auction and/or receipt of invoice. The credit card or payment method specified at the time of registration will be processed. If you wish to pay by means other than credit card, please ensure you specify your preferred payment method when registering, otherwise the credit card provided will be used as the default payment method. No exceptions.
Accepted methods of payment are as follows; Cash, Certified Cheque, Bank Draft, Visa/Mastercard, Debit, Email money transfer, Cheque accompanied by an original letter of credit from the issuing financial institution, or arrangements made with Schmalz Auctions management prior to the day of the sale.

1. Online bidder registration information must be kept up to date and accurate, and finances must be in place for any purchases before any bid is placed.

6. Schmalz Auctions will notify the bidder of their purchase, and payment is due upon receipt of invoice.
7. After an item has been sold, that item is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. All merchandise is sold AS IS/WHERE IS. Schmalz Auctions are not responsible for missing parts. No bidder shall retract his/her bid. All sales are final.

8.All bidders are responsible to notify Schmalz Auctions immediately of shipping/pick up instructions for their items or they will be shipped with lowest shipping options. We request that bidders call or email to inquire shipping costs.
9. If you leave an absentee bid or proxy bid online, your bid will be collected at the same time as live floor bids at the time of the auction.Please note that "LIVE ONLINE" or "FLOOR" bids take priority over proxy bids in all situations. In the event of a tie in the bidding, the winning bid will awarded to the floor bidder in all situations.
