2 Antique Native American Iroquois Rattles, largest measures 6.5'' x 15'', includes Shaman Shell Rattle which is the largest, ca. late 1800s to early 1900s, "Within the Iroquois Story of Creation – the shell's rattle cosmic function as earth’s bearer that accounts for its adoption as a magic rattle by the Great Defender. Sacred Shell Rattles are used in curing ceremonies. The noise of he rattle represents thunder and would frighten away disease." The Birch Bark Rattle is used as a musical instrument used to accompany dances during ceremonies. These ceremonies conducted throughout the year return thanks to the earth, plants, water, trees, animals, birds, sun, moon, stars, and the Creator who contributes to the success of people."

After the 48 hour period all items are considered as is, without recourse. No buyers premium or shipping will be reimbursed on items returned for any reason.
