a) US Whitneyville Percussion Model 1861 contract rifle, .58 cal, dark bore, metal parts gold finished, stock rough but shows cartouches; b) French Model 1763 Flintlock Musket. Made in the Charleville Arsenal, France (marked on lock). Classified as a Colonial or Revolutionary War firearm, used largely by the Continental Army. 44 1/2” barrel. All complete and original with nice brown color. Buttstock has MC carved in the wood.
