This is an outstanding 14K yellow gold ring set with approximately 2.50 carats of very high-quality Diamonds and dating to the 1940’s. The ring has a total of 21 round brilliant cut diamonds having an approximate total weight of 2.50 carats showing a quality of flawless to nearly flawless being VVS1 to VS2 clarity and colorless at D-G. The setting is constructed of solid 14 karat yellow gold and is hallmarked by the maker and “14K” showing an under lattice. The ring shows a very unique setting having three clusters of diamonds with the outside diamonds being single prong set and pressure setting the center diamond which gives an unparalleled brilliance and sheen and is a style no longer used. The piece is in very good condition. The diamonds are authentic and confirmed to be as such with the size, clarity and color being an approximation. The ring shows a US size of 9 to 9.5.
