TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By submitting your bid you agree that you have read and agree with the SAAR18 and iCollector Auctioneers the Terms and conditions.
1. A buyer’s premium of 15% will be added to the hammer price shall be added to each purchase. Applicable sales tax of CA residents will be added as well to reach total sales.
2. Acceptable form of payments is wire transfer, major credit cards, cash, Paypal, Checks. Complete payment is required on the day of auction or upon receipt of notification of a successful bid. If payment is not received within a week from the day of the auction, and there was no communication from the winning bidder, SAAR18 will place a non-paying bidder on the buyer’s account.
3. Shipping cost will be paid by the buyer. However, SAAR18 can assist in getting a fair price in shipping cost with full insurance equal to the cost of the item. The customer has the liberty to choose whether to arrange his own shipping label and will be responsible for any shipping regulation requirements.
4. All sales are final. We allow refund or exchange of item if found to be defective. We require immediate written notice by email or phone call explaining the problem no later than 7 days upon receiving the item. All return (s) must receive in the exact condition as it was shipped to the buyer.
5. The successful bidder or the highest bidder will be acknowledged by the auctioneer. If in any case, a dispute may arise between two or more bidders, the auctioneer will have the final discretion to determine the successful bidder.
6. All items are available for inquiries prior to bidding via email to our customer service, saar18auctions@gmail.com . Written and oral description is our own opinion only and should not be construed as a guarantee of any kinds as the authenticity, age, condition or any other feature of the item (s) being sold.
7. SAAR18 catalog listings are being prepared and scrutinized the details of each lot correctly. However, if in any case due to human error, found discrepancies on the posted information, our company is not responsible on the correctness of the catalog or other description of the lot. We require bidders to examine detail of the interested item before placing a bid, either in person, by phone, absentee or via internet. 8. SAAR18 AUCTION reserves the right to withdraw any lot at any time before, during or after the auction without liability.
9. All measurements are approximate but guarantee on the closest details if not verbatim. We describe details in our utmost capacity and include descriptive photograph as well. We are not responsible for color discrepancies due to photo reproductions.
10. The auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bid at any time as his discretion.
11. SAAR18 AUCTION utilizes the services of the third party appraisal company to determine Retail Replacement Value Appraisal for insurance purposes. This will be the cost to replace jewelry with an item of equal quality and kind considered to be the current market price replacement value. This is done to protect you (the bidder) in the event of damage or loss of a valuable item. Our third party appraisal firms utilize certified GIA gemologist to verify gemstone, metal, size, grade only and not the actual value. Appraisal value should be considered for insurance purpose only as price varies greatly from retail locations throughout the world. Items should not be purchased with the expectation to resell for appraisal price or for profit.
12. In the event we lose internet connection, SAAR18 Auction reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to cancel the remainder of the auction. Auctioneer has the final discretion on sale of an item before and after the auction and all conditions are final. 13. In the event of any disagreement between SAAR18 AUCTION and the customer, all issues shall be governed, adjudicated and filed pursuant to the laws of the State of California.
