A wonderful story of his long, eventful, heroic career and is supplemented with a chapter by a loving, life-long fdriend covering his last days, death, and burial. This red illustrated cloth bound hardcover is in fair to nice condition, front cover vignette of figure crouched behind a tree with his long rifle, scuffing noted to cover edges, spine loose.
