19th Century German porcelain fairing box, in the form of a tiny dresser, topped with a harp or lyre, a flute & a laurel wreath. Stamped with a # 64 under lid.  2 1/2" high X 1 7/8" wide X 1 1/2" deep. ** in good condition, with much of the original gilt remaining. Called "fairing boxes" because they were made to be sold or given away as prizes at fairs & carnivals during the mid 19th century.
