19th century butchers set consisting of five knives, a sharpener, a carrying block with leather cover and strap of the type favored by buffalo skinners in the old west and great for display with frontier rifles. One blade is marked "Russell Green River Works" and is in good to very good condition; one shows a hardware company marking that is barely legible with pewter inlaid grip; two are unmarked and are sharpened almost all the way down from repeated and long use; and one marked "Marvill Regan Sheffield" in fair to good condition. Condition is good to very good and the set has a very nice appearance. Est.: $600-$1,200

Checkout Date & Times: You may checkout during the auction each day and at our business location after the auction. We are open Tuesday thru Friday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm and Saturday 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. Little John's will be closed the Friday after the auction. Preview on October 27th 7 28th 9:00 to 11:00 am each day.

Little John's will pay for packing and materials. Buyer pays actual costs of shipping and insurance. All International purchases will be sent to an exporter for shipment to foreign countries. International buyers agree to pay all cost incurred including all shipping, insurance, exporter fees, all custom and duty fees associated with shipment. Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence. All Federal, State and Local Regulations apply and MUST be strictly followed.
