<B>19th Century Millinery Advertising Poster.</B></I> Lithograph on paper, 26.5" x 33.5", Armstrong Cator & Company, Baltimore, circa 1890s. A beautiful advertising poster that is both a catalog and a history lesson in women's 18th and 19th century hats. The central image features an elegantly dressed woman admiring herself in a hand mirror. Surrounding the central image are dozens of hats with corresponding stock numbers and surrounding those are colorful images of women from around the globe and their indigenous hats.
