Including a one page letter, 5” x 8”, dated Newburgh, April 25, no year , which reads in part: “<I>I have not heard a word from you about the Morris & Essex rail road Have you forgotten all about it?</B></I>”, tipped at the left edge to a backing sheet, slightly toned, else very good; and a three page letter from Mason Perkins, 7.75” x 10”, Cleveland, Ohio, October 1, 1835 which reads in part: “<I>…Cleveland is a beautiful spot and will in a few years be a large city…the Steam Boat Com.
