Pay Attention As This Will Result In Not Having Problems:

First: Everything is sold as is, where is, and all sales are final.

Second: We do not profess to be experts in anything and there is no guarantees on any of the merchandise being offered. If you are not sure about the age, authenticity or qualities of the items being sold, either do not bid, or preview the item in person, or employ a dealer to examine the item and give you an opinion. We will do our best to describe any defect we can, but no one knows everything. We are not embarrassed to admit we do not know each and every subject, but will be glad to work with you on the merchandise. It is simply best to ask any question, well before the auction, to get an answer on condition, or anything relating to the sale.

Third: Our email system has proven to on crucial occasions to not be 100% working. If you have not received an answer within 24 hours, it is likely that we did not receive the email. Our phone number is 865-475-5163, just call us. We do not have a problem answering the phone. It is also strongly suggested that on occasion that our internet connection can go down at the last moment, and since we are not able to delay a sale, if you are serious about an object, it may be best to arrange for phone bidding. Phone and absentee bidders are paying a 10% buyers premium, live internet, 20% buyers premium.

Fourth: Shipping. We will try and work with you on shipping. On small objects, we can pack them here with bubble wrap and UPS ship to you. Be forewarned, UPS charges extra to deliver to residences , and now with fuel charges up, surcharges are in effect. If is not possible to quote an exact rate until the item or items are boxed and weighed, or dimensional weight is determined. We will be glad to take a guess as to shipping, but no guarantees can be made that this will be the final amount. All pieces need to be insured, otherwise, we will not be responsible for damages occurring with shipping. On larger pieces, we will either use commercial shippers or UPS Packing Store on Middlebrook Pike in Knoxville. There will be a small fee to transfer the objects to the packing store as it is 30 miles away. If you want to arrange your own pick up, please feel free to do so, we are on a major 4 lane highway and large trucks have easy access to both this building and Interstates
40, 75 & 81. Shipping is not free and do not expect an unrealistic
rate as employees who pack are paid, bubble wrap is not free and neither is popcorn for shipping. Every effort is made not to break the item in shipping and this must be carefully protected before beginning its journey to you.

Fifth: Please, and pay attention here, do not bid if you do not intend to honor the bid. This merely deprives a serious bidder of the joy of ownership. If I see you are registering to bid, and in the past have never paid for purchases, I will reject your bid. The true deadbeats know who they are, and so do I from actual experience.

Sixth: Measured dimensions are approximate and may be rounded. If you need an actual dimension, call.

Seventh: Phone Bidding is allowed on items that open with a $500.00 bid unless higher bids are specified. Please do not ask to bid on the phone on items at $400.00. You can either fax us a bid or leave us an absentee bid for items opening under $500.00.

Eighth: If you wish to leave a backup bid and can not be reached by phone, we will gladly execute the bid on your behalf. If we get you on the phone, we will not use your own bid against you. We will not delay the sale for a busy signal or no answer. There have been problems at every sale with a phone that is either busy or does not answer. This is a waste of both time and effort, please do not give us a phone number and not answer it.

Ninth: Pay Serious Attention Here. Payment is expected within 10 days after the sale. We do not accept PayPal or Credit Cards but do accept checks, money orders, cash and wire transfers. All means of payment will be cleared prior to shipping and expect this to be 10 business as opposed to calendar days, and this means 2 full weeks after a check is deposited. Banks say it takes this long before a check is fully cleared.
We do not call the bank daily to see if your check has cleared, please do not ask. Every auction, terms clearly state we do not accept PayPal or Credit Cards and the question still is asked, and the answer is always no.

Tenth: Plan Ahead. Please do not call the morning of the sale and expect a detailed report on an object, or ask about phone bidding, those arrangements must be made no later than 6:00 PM on Friday. All faxed or bids to be absentee executed must be received by the end of the business day on Friday.

Eleventh: There are no warranties expressed or implied, everything is sold as is, where is and all sales are final.

Twelfth: We want you to enjoy the sale and respect others rights to enjoy the sale as well. We are all collectors and have individual thoughts, desires and interests, and want to work with you on this and other projects.
