Winchester Model 1892 lever action rifle, .38-40 caliber, 24” octagon barrel, full length magazine, blued finish, wood stocks, rifle butt, S/N 36697 with Xerox copy of a factory letter verifying features, receivedin warehouse on Nov. 10, 1894 and shipped on Aug. 5, 1895 to order number 17986. Good to very good untouched and un-cleaned as found in attic condition; approximately 50-70% toning blue to brown with very good woodshowing minor dings, gouges and imperfections. Sharp overall with a bright bore. A very nice and original early 92! (Antique). Est.: $2,000-$4,000.
