There is no raised indication of a raised rim. The unstruck surface is granular, a different planchet preparation than the other broadstruck 1999-P Anthony dollars in the present auction. The Philadelphia Mint struck the proof Anthony dollars in 1999, instead of the usually-selected San Francisco Mint.
