<B>1999-P SBA$ Anthony Dollar--Triple Struck & Huge Broadstrike, Second Strike 90% Off Center, Third Strike Uniface--MS65 PCGS.</B></I> This piece failed to fully eject from the dies after the first strike. The second strike was 90% off center toward 6:30, at 7 o'clock relative to the first strike. For the third strike, which is well centered, a new planchet was fed in (not included) that blocked the obverse die. This third strike caused four peripheral flan cracks. The date from the first strike is bold, and the mintmark is legible although distorted by the uniface reverse strike.
