<B>1999-P 10C Roosevelt Dime--Bonded Three-Piece Obverse Die Cap--MS65 ANACS.</B></I> This Roosevelt dime adhered to the obverse die during its first strike. It was struck at least two additional times, bonding with two planchets fed between strikes.
