<B>1999 1C Lincoln Cent--Obverse Die Cap--MS66 Red NGC.</B></I> Not encapsulated due to size, though accompanied by an NGC insert and photo-certificate. The reverse of this piece is utterly obliterated, while the obverse has precise detail. While the lower right flange is small, that at the upper left obverse is towering, nearly four times as high as the standard thickness. The surfaces are pale orange where the plating is intact and cloudy turquoise where the zinc core peeks through.
