In the back waistband of the shorts is the "CHAMPION" exclusive tag, which reads "Designed & Tailored 94/95 Exclusively for Phoenix Suns RISE +2 INSEAM +1". Next to that tag is the "CHAMPION" size 38 manufacturer's wash tag with "45" written in black marker. On the lower right thigh is the official "NBA 50th Anniversary" embroidered gold logo. On the back inside collar of the jacket is the "CHAMPION" exclusive tag, which reads "Designed & Tailored Exclusively for Phoenix Suns BODY LENGTH +3 SLEEVE LENGTH 0". Next to that tag is the "CHAMPION" size 50 manufacturer's wash tag with 45 written in black marker. Across the front of the jacket is the "SUNS" shooting star logo. On the upper right breast is the official "NBA" embroidered logo. On the right sleeve is the NBA "50th Anniversary" patch. The shorts and jacket show wear and appear to have no alterations of any kind.
