<B>1992 1C Lincoln Cent--Struck on a Struck Dime--MS65 NGC.</B></I> There is no date listed on the NGC insert, but the 199 of the cent date is bold, and enough of the 2 is present to make the 1992 highly likely. The cent is possibly dated 1993. The dime mintmark is bold, but the dime date is effaced. Roosevelt's gazes directly north, relative to the Lincoln portrait.
