<B>1990 Barry Bonds Game Used Bat.</B></I> Single-season labeling style allows us to definitively date this Louisville Slugger H238 to the first of seven National League MVP seasons for the newly-crowned Home Run King. Quite a bit leaner in these days than his current size, Bonds still managed to send thirty-three balls into the cheap seats while notching a career-high fifty-two steals. Heavy use from this productive season is evident in the form of plentiful ball and stitch marks upon the bat's barrel, and a crack at upper handle that ended its long life. Original grip tape remains applied to the lower handle, along with a light coating of pine tar. Length and weight of thirty-four inches and thirty-one ounces respectively perfectly match Bonds' preferred specifications. An important early gamer from one of the game's most noteworthy figures.
