This 2011 American Silver Eagle one dollar coin composed of one troy ounce of .999 fine silver. The obverse displays the Walking Liberty design, an iconic composition by Adolph A. Weinman that portrays Liberty striding purposefully toward the sunrise, her right hand extended and her left arm cradling branches of oak and laurel, enveloped in the billowing folds of the American flag. The face motif encircled with LIBERTY, IN GOD WE TRUST, and the date 2011. The reverse features the heraldic eagle emblem sculpted by John Mercanti, exhibiting a powerful eagle with a shielded chest, clutching arrows and an olive branch in its talons, framed by a ribbon bearing the motto E Pluribus Unum and thirteen stars overhead symbolizing the original colonies. Enclosed in a cardboard holder. Holder measures: 2"L x 2"H. Coin diameter: 40.6 mm.
