<B>1989-P 50C Kennedy Half--Double-Struck, Second Strike 60% Off-Center--MS64 NGC.</B></I> This Kennedy error received a centered initial impression from the dies, but failed to clear the striking area and turned approximately 90 degrees counterclockwise before receiving another blow from the press, this one 60% off-center toward 3 o'clock on the obverse. With two full mintmarks and one-and-a-half dates, this is a highly desirable multiple-strike error.
