1988 Hand Turned Walnut, Butternut, and Oak Bowl by L. P. Rogers a Salt Lake City artist, measures 7.5''D x 4.5''H with a 5.75''D base, signed on the bottom, has about a 1'' pressure crack on rim as well as a nip in the rim, ''L. P. is known for his custom woodwork. He has built handcarved pieces for some of the finest homes in the world, across the US and as far away as Europe. ''A teacher at heart, 'LP' has taught in the prison system and public schools. He has also been a guidance counselor and generously given his time to teach woodworking.''
