All purchases are bought AS IS, WHERE IS. No warranties or guarantees are applicable to any purchases.
There are no Returns or Refunds.
A online bidding premium may be applied to each lot purchased on the Internet. Federal GST and corresponding Provincial Sales Tax will apply to all purchases where applicable.
You acknowledge that you have the right and responsibility to inspect the item(s) yourself or to have a third party representative inspect the item(s) for you. That by bidding on an item you have agreed to accept that item in its present condition and with description provided whether accurate or not.
When using our online auction services you are making firm commitments to purchase said item(s) and are entering into a legal and binding contract.
You also acknowledge that the Internet may be an unreliable and error prone network and Melonville Memorabilia Sports Collectibles Inc. will not guarantee that bids placed online will always be transmitted to or received by the auctioneer in a timely fashion.
The Auctioneer controls the bidding, and in case of a dispute the decision by the Auctioneer will be final.
You agree that all sales are final. Upon your becoming the Purchase of an item, that item shall immediately become your responsibility and be at your risk (whether you have paid for that item or not). You agree that Melonville Memorabilia Sports Collectibles Inc. and its employees are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items and will not reimburse or discount items for any type of loss. Items must be removed within 3 days of the auction, unless further arrangements have been made. All items are left at your own risk and responsibility.
Payment Methods – Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard), E-Transfer, Debit, Cash, Certified Cheque or, Bank Draft. Melonville Memorabilia Sports Collectibles Inc. holds the right to hold purchases until payment is cleared if prior arrangements haven't been made. Purchases become the sole responsibility of the purchaser immediately after bidding ceases.
Items will not be released/ retrieved until full payment is received and clearance is given. No exceptions. Credit Cards will be processed for payment 2 Weeks after auction concludes if payment and pick up has not been prearranged.

Shipping Details:
Invoice total and shipping cost will be done under separate charges. Unless arrangements are made all out of province buyers will automatically be shipped to the purchaser. We use Canada Post for shipping out the winnings and put insurance on each parcel/box. Shipping charges will include $3 handling fee per shipment.
