Auctioneer reserves the right to hold coins until your check clears. The credit card # you registered to bid with iCollector will be charged at the end of the auction, unless agreed arrangements are made prior to the sale. Texas residents will be charged 8.25% sales tax where applicable. There is a $15.00 collection fee for each credit card that is declined. Bidder agrees that this agreement shall be governed by the laws in the state of Texas, with jurisdiction in Pflugerville, Travis County, Texas. Should J & S Coins and Bullion have to engage an attorney for the collection of all sums not paid according to the terms of this agreement, it shall be entitled to recover its reasonable and necessary attorney's fees from you the Buyer / Bidder.
