1984 LA Olympic Ural-Caucasus Ceremonial Costume Drawing & Official Program
From the time it was announced that the 1984 Olympics would take place in Los Angeles, panic set in throughout the city. Very much like the recent "Carmageddon" in Los Angeles with the closing of the 405 Freeway. However, because just for the Olympics, extra mass transit was created, and people didn't use the roads, it was pure heaven, and considered in the end to be one of the all time most successful Olympics in modern history. This is a rare collectable. An original drawing of Ural-Caucasus Ceremonial Dress by designer Pamala, exclusively created for the impressive International Parade of 140 Nations for the Opening Ceremonies. It also includes an Original Official Program for the whole 1984 Olympics. The Ceremonial costume drawing is 15" x 20", and the program is 8.5" x 11". Acquired by one of the officials who worked on the 1984 Olympics.
