1984-85 Jim Rice Game Used Bat. He's a man with tremendous support for a Hall of Fame induction, and one could expect the value of this bat to jump significantly if that crew is successful in its campaign. Here we offer a Louisville Slugger signature model R206 bat that shows evidence of tremendous use from the second half of Rice's remarkable career. The barrel is covered with ball and stitch marks, with a handle crack ending its Fenway service. Cleat marks, red bat rack streaks and a moderate coat of pine tar on the handle adds to the long list of positive qualities. It looks like the numbers "20" and "26" have been marked over in blue marker on the knob, suggesting possible use by BoSox teammates. The initials "J.R." are written on the knob as well. A blue sharpie signature from Rice on the barrel rates a solid 9+/10. Bat is graded GU5. LOA from Taube & Malta. LOA from James Spence Authentication (autograph). LOA from PSA/DNA (autograph).

Shipping: Bats, Clubs, Sticks, Swords, Rif (view shipping information)
