Small Cents 1983 Doubled Die Reverse. NGC graded Mint State 66. Red. <b>Fully lustrous, enhanced with a blush of rose iridescence. This scarce variety exhibits bold doubling of all reverse lettering and is quite spectacular. While the number released is not known, only a couple thousand have been reported out of nearly 8 billion cents struck in 1983 at the Philadelphia Mint.</b> <p align="center">Superior Galleries was founded in 1929 and has been a leader in
