<B>1983 10C No S PR69 Deep Cameo PCGS.</B></I> Fully reflective fields and intensely frosted devices are seen on both sides of this impressive specimen. Slight golden coloration is noted, along with some very faint toning streaks on Roosevelt's cheek. The "No S" mint error type happened on occasion, on examples of the Lincoln cent, the Jefferson nickel, and the Roosevelt dime, after 1968.
