<B>1982 1C Large Date Cent--Struck on a 1981-P Dime--MS67 NGC.</B></I> Roosevelt is nearly inverted relative to Lincoln's portrait, and the flame of the torch flickers beneath the Lincoln Memorial. The cent date is bold, and the dime date and mintmark is legible except for the final digit in the date.
