<B>1981-P 50C Kennedy Half--Struck on a Quarter Planchet--MS66 NGC.</B></I> A quarter planchet entered a press for Kennedy halves and received an impression from the dies while it was shifted toward 7 o'clock in relation to the obverse. The date and mintmark are complete, though elements such as the last five letters of LIBERTY and the denomination are missing.
