On the front left tail of the jersey is the "Russell" size 42 manufacturer's tag. Attached below is the "100% NYLON" flag tag. On the front, back and on each sleeve of the jersey is the player number "81" in white on yellow screen print. Across the back of the jersey is "MONK" in white screen print on a burgundy name plate. The jersey shows light game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
