<B>1980's Tom Seaver Large Original Artwork by Robert Simon.</B></I> Second only to Leroy Neiman in sports art fame is the tremendously talented Simon, who reproduces the famous photographic portrait of Tom Terrific celebrating his pitching Triple Crown in this special oversized portrait. Detail is fantastic, with everything from the intricacies of the Mets logo patch on Seaver's jacket to the National League presidential stamping on the baseball he holds in his right hand captured with stunning realism. The icing on the cake is a 9+/10 blue sharpie signature from Seaver, contrasting perfectly against the white of the towel that drapes around his neck. Simon signs at lower left.
